HSFCOACHING INTEGRATED SYSTEMS LAB

Aerodynamic Clarity for Your Systems

HSFCOACHING LIMITED is a computer systems design and integration business working from its testing rooms on Hamilton Road in Felixstowe, United Kingdom. The team takes fragmented hardware, disconnected software and scattered data and shapes them into one smooth, measurable whole, the way a wind tunnel turns turbulent air into a clean stream you can actually read. Every engagement is documented, benchmarked and handed over with the instrumentation still attached, so you always know why a system behaves the way it does.

Who we are

An integration house built around measured flow

Computer integrated systems design is not a single product. It is the craft of making separate parts behave like one machine. HSFCOACHING LIMITED sits between the vendor who supplies a component and the operator who depends on it, and we take responsibility for the seams.

Our work begins with a survey of what already exists, continues through the design of a target architecture and the build of the connecting layer, and finishes only when the system is running under real load with the instrumentation still in place. We keep the drawings, the test notes and the calibration records because a system without evidence is just a hopeful arrangement of cables.

The practice is deliberately broad. We run Systems Integration Programmes for organisations replacing a core platform, Custom Software Engineering for teams whose workflow no vendor product fits, and Cloud Infrastructure Design for estates that have outgrown their first hosting decision. We then carry that foundation forward into Data Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity Assessment and long-term Managed IT Support.

How we work

Instrument the seam before you trust it

  • Every integration starts with a written survey of interfaces, data flows and failure modes.
  • Design decisions are recorded as drawings and decision logs, not corridor conversations.
  • Every service we build ships with monitoring, alerting and a rollback path.
  • Benchmarks are run before go-live, not discovered by users afterwards.
  • Documentation and credentials are handed over in full, with no hidden dependency on us.

That discipline is why clients return. A platform that can be explained is a platform that can be improved, extended and, when the time comes, replaced without drama. You can review the complete service catalogue or reach the team through the contact page at any point.

Service programme

Six test models on the mount rig

Each model below is a complete service line that can be commissioned on its own or combined into a single programme. Read the short notes here, then open the services page for the full method, the deliverables and the way each engagement is priced and staged.

Systems Integration Programmes

We plan and deliver multi-vendor integration, replacing fragile point-to-point links with a governed interface layer. The programme covers discovery, target architecture, migration sequencing, cutover rehearsals and post-go-live observation. Existing systems are retired deliberately rather than abandoned.

M1
Custom Software Engineering

When a process is genuinely yours, we build the software that matches it instead of forcing the process into a generic package. Work is delivered in short increments with automated tests, code review and environment parity. You receive the source, the build pipeline and the deployment runbook on completion.

M2
Cloud Infrastructure Design

We design landing zones, networks, identity boundaries and environment topology so that cloud estates are reproducible from code. Cost, resilience and security are treated as design inputs rather than afterthoughts. The result is an infrastructure that can be rebuilt from a repository in a controlled number of steps.

M3
Data Platform Engineering

We turn scattered operational records into governed, queryable pipelines with clear ownership and lineage. Ingestion, modelling, quality checks and reporting are all versioned together. Teams gain a single definition of the numbers they argue about in meetings.

M4
Cybersecurity Assessment

We examine identity, network exposure, patch posture, backup integrity and logging against a recognised control framework. Every finding is written with a severity, an owner and a concrete remediation step. Assessment is followed by a re-test so that closed findings are proven closed.

M5 Calibrated Q3
Managed IT Support

For organisations that want the platform cared for, we run monitoring, patching, backup verification and incident response under agreed service levels. Support is delivered by the same engineers who designed the system, so context is never lost in a handover queue.

M6

HSFCOACHING LIMITED books quarterly systems reviews for every client this season — a standing test slot that keeps integrations, data platforms and security posture measured rather than assumed. Reserve a slot through the contact page.

Sectors and scale

Designed for teams that carry real load

We work with logistics operators, professional services firms, manufacturers, healthcare suppliers and public-facing service businesses. The common thread is not industry but consequence: the systems matter, downtime is expensive, and decisions must be defensible to auditors, boards or regulators.

Engagements range from a focused two-week cybersecurity assessment through to multi-year systems integration programmes that touch every part of an estate. Because the same team designs, builds and supports, the architecture stays consistent from the first survey drawing to the final support rota.

Evidence and handover

What you receive at the end of a build

  • A target architecture drawing with every interface named and owned.
  • Source code, infrastructure definition and build pipelines in your own repositories.
  • Test evidence: load figures, security findings and re-test results.
  • An operations runbook covering routine tasks and incident playbooks.
  • A support agreement if you want the laboratory to keep watching the dials.

Nothing is withheld and nothing is locked behind a proprietary tool. That is the point of an integration house: when we leave, the system keeps running, and you keep the drawings.

Why the test cell

Measurement is the difference between opinion and engineering

A wind tunnel exists because intuition about airflow is unreliable. You place a model in a controlled stream, attach instruments, and read what actually happens. We apply the same principle to computer systems. Before we recommend a change we establish a baseline; after we make a change we measure the difference against that baseline. Claims about performance, resilience or security are backed by numbers rather than confidence.

This is why our engagements always include a period of observation after go-live. A system that passed its bench test is not yet a system that has survived a Tuesday morning. We watch the manometer bank through the first real week of operation, compare the readings with the design assumptions and adjust before the handover is signed. If the difference between the drawing and the running system is significant, you will hear about it from us first.

The same rigour runs through Cloud Infrastructure Design, where cost and resilience are modelled before anything is provisioned, and through Managed IT Support, where service levels are defined in measurable terms so that performance can be reviewed honestly each quarter. If you want to see the full method applied to a specific problem, the contact page is the right place to start the conversation.
